I'm sorry, but I think you're stuck with it. It's in your genetics! You said it yourself... "I naturally have alot of muscle.."
The only way to get rid of muscle (and I really don't know why you want to get rid of it) is to stop exercising.
Personally, I think having muscle makes a person look good and healthy. IMHO.

Starving is never healthy, and will cause rebound effect later, or "hoarding" effect in short term. Your body will actually learn to work on less calories causing poor health and weight gain later. Muscle is good, you just need to taper it for what you want to do. If you want to increase muscle mass, less reps @ heavier weights. If you want to tone muscle, sprints, high reps @ lighter weights, etc. Just remember, muscle is not bad.. it may be your calling for something the requires strong legs.
I am built the same as you. I was always a muscular athlete in HS. Let me tell you that I did what you did...the starving. I am nearly 40 now and my metabolism is shot. Yes, you will lose the muscle but you will gain fat. I have a lot of issues that result from what I have done to myself over the years. I now eat a 1000-1200 calorie diet and go to the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours a day and I can't get my figure back. I am about 30 pounds overweight after a lifetime of being thin. Please don't starve yourself...it is not worth it. Enjoy yourself the way you are.
Good Luck!
Muscle weight is an indication of power. If your muscles are light and you are thin looking then you are probably not that strong in terms of power. If you want that kind of body go running...a lot!
They are strong but are not bulky which means they have less power mucles and are strong on endurance.
When you run a lot your body begins to get lighter to cope with the weight and you get leaner also to increase that lightness. If you like running then go some more.
In the beginning though you are probably going to find that your body gets more dense but this is just the bodies initial reaction to increased work load. Keep at it and you will lighten up and look good in photos. You must remove the end product from your mind tohugh, otherwise you will give up when you dont see it quickly.
Good luck with it.
Why would you want to get rid of healthy muscle? This is a very interesting question. Usually people complain about being too fat or too thin, but I've rarely if ever her complaints about too much muscle! Your muscle mass in part is determined by your genetics, because your genetics determine your frame size. A naturally larger frame will have more muscle so you can move around more. Nothing wrong with that. Having a large frame doesn't make you unattractive, it's those damn anorexics that fricking starve themselves all day that's unattractive! Be blessed by your genetics, exercise, and don't worry about what people think of you. Just because you don't like yourself doesn't mean someone else won't.
LOSING MUSCLE IS SO STUPID BE HAPPY
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
