Cow milk being unhealthy?

Question:
Some people say that excessive calcium is unhealthy and why we should avoid it. Here is my primary source: http://www.4.waisays.com/excessivecalciu...

Advise.

Answers:
many people feel that milk is not healthy for you. so many people are lactose intolerant and people with acne find that when they cut out milk their skin clears up dramatically. if you think about it, no other mammal continues drinking milk past infancy. there are plenty of other calcuim sources that are available to us but milk is considered to be a good source.

who knows.

Dairy can cause serious health problems in adults, despite what we hear all the time:

Dark green leafy veggies are a much better source of calcium than dairy foods.

milk comes from cows no matter if it is straight from the cow or processed or watered down to 3% 2% or whole milk. its still milk. i myself perfer to have it straight from the cow. all this watered down stuff doesn't even taste like milk. and besides if you get it straight from the cow you can skim the fat off and use it to make butter or cheese or anything else from the dairy line.there are good sides to drinking milk and there are bad sides to drinking it. i perfer drinking it straight from the cow no matter what its affects are.
Milk causes many problems, if you feel the need to drink it consider all organic. or rice milk.
Yeah, too much isn't good, and non-organic cow milk has chemicals or something in it and it could cause problems.
