Too much sodium?

Question:
i already know i consume way more sodium than what is recommended, but if i have a healthy weight and LOW blood pressure, is there really much of a problem with how much sodium i eat?

Answers:
Just be sure you get enough potassium and other minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous. There needs to be a balance of sodium and potassium in the body.
not if your pressure is ok, but as you get older it will go up, so get used to eating less salt.
yes..it'll catch up to you. and youre weight doesnt matter. but eventually when u get older youll have problems
You may not have a problem with it now but sooner or latter it will catch up with you. I would reduce your intake immediately!
If theres no other issues with your health, i just say make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Sodium sucks that stuff right up and you want to keep yourself hydrated
I have a very low sodium intake. Most times I just use lemon or Mrs Dash for seasoning.

Salt can kill you eventually. I look at a salt shaker and I think to myself, "White Death." .Try thinking that and you will back off using so much of it.
One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.newlproject.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
