This is completely unhealthy and I don't recommend it normally, but if you NEED to lose weight do this:
suck on starbursts all day and spit the water into a bottle. You'll lose a lot of water weight. Another thing you can do is sweat a lot by going jogging in a hot room with bunch of sweats`and shirts on. I bet that would take off at least 2-3 lbs.

Do some strenuous exercise so you sweat alot and spit as much as you can. You may be able to lose a pound and a half that way.
Who did not hear that there was a woman recently who died as a result of drinking too much water (2 gallons) for a radio contest? Don't drink a lot of water like that, it could kill you. See link below.
If you have access to a sauna, you might be able to sweat out that much water. Drink enough fluids to keep hydrated, your body will let you know if it needs more fluids.
Try drinking tea, that's a natural diuretic, which might rid you of some excess water. Don't exercise, that could lead to putting on muscle, and that might increase your weight, at least it won't result in a loss. Good luck!
