i had the same problem all summer until about a few weeks ago
idk how i stopped
i think as soon as i got out of the house more away from all that food and tried eatting better then i wasnt so hungry anymore, and ive lost 3 out of the 6 lbs ive gained
first- snacks like chips are mainly carbs. u feel hungry again after eating them. replace them with some fruits or nuts.
u are doing so many things wrong and still haven't gained weight. u may be blessed with good metabolismbut don't push ur luck too far. i made the same mistake.
why do u feel like having a dessert after a huge dinner? it's because of sensation satiety. ur body wants all tasting foods. it's a good trait that ur body ensures u eat all sorts of food to get a variety of nutrition.
instead of filling ur plate with pasta, eat some pasta, some meat, salad, a little rice and then have a small dessert, a little of all those items. this way u will eat less at the same time make ur taste buds feel good.
snacking before bedtime is not good.
it's good u never skip breakfast.
by the way u haven't said how much physical activity u do.
and many americans are mild to severe emotional eaters.
it just feels good especially wen ur stressed.
You have a very high matabolism, meaning that your body can break down the materials in your snacks and meals very quickly. Don't be ashamed of this because many people would love to eat and eat and not gain any weight. If you don't want to eat as much, start by reducing your meals and snacks such as... eat breakfast, eat lunch, eat your snack, and eat dinner. Skip your first snack for a week. Then the next week skip your second snack and your first snack and just eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you are still feeling a little weary, then visit your doctor. S/he may be able to help you more than me.
