I need weightloss tips!?

i am a young teen 5"6 and 160 lbs. i am over weight and need to loose. if you have links please send them. all i can find on the net are weightloss programs that cost money, i need FREE tips, please help

I suggest you eat around 1,200 calories a day (if you are a guy, but 1000 if you are a girl), but make sure to cut out things like junk foot and fatty meats. Space your meals out, and eat things like veggies and fruits mostly. In fact, I would also try to cut out a bit of dairy too. Like cheeses. Cheese is NOT a good thing for digestion.

Then do some cardio for about 60 minutes a day. Running, biking, situps, pushups, and walking all work pretty well.

Drink a lot of water. The usual 8 8oz glasses a day thing. You know that already, though. Just follow through with it.

And just have a good mentality. Know you can do it.
