My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website

Nothing beats a combination of a healthy diet and exercise. If you don't like the Gym, try walking or jogging.
Eat less food and get off the sofa!

Only one that I've ever heard that worked
watch and cut way down on any white food-bread,potatoes,sugar
portion control will always work
cut down on size of meal ,do this gradually and eventually you will feel full with smaller meal.
The only 'diet' that works is to consume less calories than you burn. There are ways to increase the number of calories you burn for a given exercise by increasing your muscle mass which increases metabolism.

Best way to consume less calories is to eat slower, eat smaller amounts more often and drink plenty of water. Sorry that there is no 'magic bullet'.
i don't know more about diet but i think that the below website will help you to find the right solution.
Really I think all of them probably work to some extent, but how long do people normally stay on diets? I think that is a big question because it seems like people are looking for a quick fix. Why do you think plastic surgery is booming right now? I've heard people lose weight on virtually most products, but they have stayed on them for a long time. Diets are life changing!
I usually just try to stay away from the heavy stuff.

Fill your plate with salad and green veg first. Then ad a small piece of meat and maybe a small potatoe.

Take your lunch and again, eat the low cal stuff first. Fruits and veg, maybe half a tuna sandwich because it stays with you a little longer so you won't burn out. Or throw some chicken or chick peas in your salad. Keep some microwave popcorn handy for the afternoon in case you get the munchies.

I love salmon cream cheese and take 6-8 small crackers with the cheese and a salad. Usually gets me through the day.

Have a small bowl of high fiber cereal for breakfast. It stays with you and at lunch time you're not starving so you don't get tempted to gobble everything in site.

Don't be cheap. If you're like me and buy the all the nice melons and stuff, only to leave them in the fridge and never cut them up because you have no time, buy fruit trays. Same with veg. They're a little more expensive but your health is worth it.

All the counting and crap with most diets is a pain. That's why the weight always comes back. You just stop doing it.

Also make sure you have a treat once a week so that it's not total torture. You'll enjoy that big plate of creamy pasta (my fav) more once a week if you know your allowed to have it. The tricky part is prioritizing your treats. Pasta.chocolate bar..ice cream..hmmmm?

lol.

Easy rule, fill you plate with the green stuff first. Treat meat and potatoes (heavy stuff) as side dishes not the other way around.

Good luck.
Trying to follow somebody else's fad diet is like trying to do a professional's workout routine. You need to see a dietician and get a personalized intake diet for you.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
When I asked my doctor that same question he said "eat half as much but move twice as much"

Honestly it is true. Get more water, more vegetables and fruit in your diet and get more exercise. The more you walk, workout, swim, whatever... the easier it is to lose weight.

sorry, no quick fix.
