We use Ovaltine powder - it is packed with additional nutrients! Nesquick is too - but it doesn't really dissolve in milk as good as Ovaltine.

Not true, and yes chocolate milk does have nutritional value.
There are studies that have shown that milk (not just chocolate) actually leeches calcium from your bones because the protein content is so high.

In fact, the countries with the highest osteoporosis rates are also the countries with the highest dairy consumption (U.S., Sweden, Finland).
A study on the tribes of Kenya and Tanzania found that out of these 40 tribes, only one had members suffering from osteoporosis. Interestingly enough, this tribe - the Maasai - is a cattle-owning, milk-drinking tribe.
