Losing 6% body fat?

My body fat percentage is 25, and i just learned that a girl my age [14] should have at least 15-19% body fat. I am going to eat 1,200 calories a day and dance about 1-2 hours. Will that lose the 6% body fat??

Also take part in carido or in your case dance to accelerate the fat burning process. Remember the best time to do carido is in the morning, because since your body is only after fasting (while you where sleeping), glycogen stores will be low, so your body will burn stored body fat as energy first.


Also eat 5-6 small meals a day to speed up your metabolism.

You also dont want to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week, becuase anymore than this and it will be loss of water weight or muscle loss.

What I did was started off with a calorie change! I have Special K with 1 cup of skim milk for breakfast. For lunch I had a can of tuna and fruit; and dinner a Turkey sandwich on half calorie wheat bread and a salad. Use that diet and workout about an hour a day and you will shed them pounds!
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
