The 300 workout routine thats all over the web.?
Question:
Answers:
To do something as INTENSE as the 300 workout, you have to work your way up to doing ALL 300 reps...
The "full" workout is as follows:
"Without resting between exercises, perform 25 pullups, 50 deadlifts with 135 pounds, 50 pushups, 50 jumps on a 24-inch box, 50 floor wipers, 50 single-arm clean-and-presses using a 36-pound kettle bell, and 25 more pullups."
Start off by doing 100 reps using four to six different exercises, 10 to 25 reps per exercise. Build up from there until you can do 300 without rest...
Can you say "YIKES!" ;);););)
You can all things, But just be careful.
LOL! I just do 30 push-ups during commercials. Works to get enough body stregnth for me!
Well i'm not sure what you're doing now, but Men's Health Magazine had a similiar workout plan for people who wanted to tone up before summer. It's a 9 week workout program that incorporates lifting and aerobic exercising. It also tells you what you should focus on in terms of diet. The workout is somewhat similiar to 300, the only difference is that you have to be discipline and serious about it.
As for three hundred, it works because of the variety of exercising that is involved and because you do it in a short period of time. Think of if as if you have 30 minutes to do all of your weight lifting because you're press for time. You can use that theory on whatever it is you're doing now.
Good Luck.
