Does it REALLY work?
Question:
I'm pretty big and I wanna lose weight and detox my body. So I was wondering if it really worked.
Please tell me what you think about Ali and laxitives through wait lost because I don't want to stick anything down my throat or starve myself. And how much does an average person lose off of laxatives?
Answers:
Alli is getting incredible consumer feedback. People are losing weight just like the ads show. The only people who are not satisfied are the people who are not reading the instructions.
For Alli to work, you MUST eat a low fat diet. Each meal must be 15 grams of fat or less. If you go over the 15 grams, you will experience very unpleasant side effects like "oily leakage," or the need to run to the bathroom at inopportune times due to loose stools.
These problems arise because Alli is trying to eliminate the fat that has been eaten. If you stick to a low-fat diet, you will not have any problems -- but if you don't, and continue to eat junk and other foods with a high fat content, you will have many "elimination" problems.
Most people are able to lose 50% more weight than if they dieted alone by using Alli, but the key is that a person still has to have discipline with their food intake. If a person does not exercise discipline when taking the pills, the pills will be a waste of money and a person will be unhappy with their personal results and will say that the pills do not work.
My recommendation would be trying Alli instead of laxatives. Using laxatives to achieve weight loss is unhealthy and any losses you achieve are very temporary and are mostly water weight. Those of us who are serious about weight loss and are trying to slim down aim to lose fat ...
Hey I would suggest reading what the bottle says.. I read it cuz my gf wanted to buy it.. and it sounds alittle to funky.. I think all you need is a good diet and cardio and you will see results... Just be dedicated to yourself.
Ali pills r there to suppress ur apetitie but do not take them unless indicated and prescribed by a doc.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
I've not heard of the Ali pills you're talking about, but laxatives is not the way to lose weight. They severely inhibit your body's ability to absorb nutrients from the foods you eat, they dehydrate you, and if used for too long you won't be able to poo without using them.
If you want to lose weight properly, see a doctor, nutritionist, dietician, or go to a reputable weight loss company like Weight Watchers or something. While you're losing weight under the supervision of professionals, you'll also learn about how your own body works, and about good nutrition, which will keep you at a healthy weight and in good health for life.
Just being skinny should not be your only goal.
