Does drink milk make u grow tall or make the bone strong ..?

Question:

Answers:
No drink will help you grow. Those drinks are good for bones and teeth, however. your body secretes a growth hormone on it's own from the anterior pituitary gland in response to the growth hormone releasing factor (GHRF), from the hypothalamus. Growth hormones, (GH), promotes protein synthesis in all cells, increases fat mobilization and use of fatty acids for energy, and decreases the use of carbohydrates. Growth effects depend on the presence of thyroid hormone, insulin, & carbs. Somatomedins, proteins produced chiefly in the liver, play a vital role in GH-induced sheletal growth, but the hormone cannot cause elongation of long bones after after a certain age when an area called the epiphyses closes. Your stature does not increase after puberty. So once you reach a certain height at puberty, that's it. Now, though, they have an injection of growth hormones that is given to children who's growth has haulted before puberty. It actually does work. Sorry, there is no drink that will increase your height.
I think it only gives you strong bones and teeth..
Milk has got PROTEINS...which help you to grow ...and it has got CALCIUM which help your bones become strong.and some other useful nutrition..
just bones.

I think it helps in growth of height when you are young ( less than 8 years old)
it makes the bone strong since it contains calcium which is the building block of bones. it doesn't really make you grow tall, that's up to genetics, but it helps your bone growth process that's limited by your genes
it can help u protect from diseases like osteoporosis, will make ur bones more strong and also ur teeth, but also if u drink a height enhancement strong bones is required so probably its a must to drink milk! also if u want to be tall try eating margarine and other supplements to help u become tall!
makes your bones strong.. what makes you grow tall is healthy foods that have proteins such as fish
No. Milk is actually bad for you, as much as the dairy industry would like you to think otherwise.

There are studies that have shown that milk (not just chocolate) actually leeches calcium from your bones because the protein content is so high.

In fact, the countries with the highest osteoporosis rates are also the countries with the highest dairy consumption (U.S., Sweden, Finland).

A study on the tribes of Kenya and Tanzania found that out of these 40 tribes, only one had members suffering from osteoporosis. Interestingly enough, this tribe - the Maasai - is a cattle-owning, milk-drinking tribe.
It will make your skeletal system stronger, but it will not make you taller.
