You can maintain your figure without pills quite easily, with a healthy diet and exercise, but exercise is part of the deal. Always.

Exercise is good for you not just for vanity's sake. It promotes a positive attitude through endorphins released through exercise, keeps your muscles toned, promotes heart heath, helps metabolism, keeps you from becoming a lazy slob, and as is obvious, helps maintain your figure.

Look at all of the celebraties with great bodies. Most of them work out, have trainers and do yoga. Look at the ones who are all bones. They look like emaciated junkies. I strength train 2 times a week and do cardio 2 times a week. I am told I look between 28 - 35.
