Weight loss..?

Question:
Please I need some advice. I need to lose 13 pounds in 3 weeks. Is that possible? The most important thing is that I need to flatten my stomach. Please Help!

Answers:
Abdomen is the last part of the body that shows result. The best thing to do is to do some abdomen exercise every day.
When it comes to eating, the problem with the food part is carbohydrates. I am not asking you to eliminate it completely. What i recommend is to choose healthy carbohydrate like whole grain, fruits and starchy veggies over white grains which is pasta, bread, white rice. This will help reduce the carbohydrate intake. If i were you, i would eat the good carbohydrate at least 2 times a day. Other than that, choose lean protein choices like turkey, chicken, lean cuts of red meat, fish and vegetarian protein like beans-kidney/black/lentils or any kind you like, soy burgers or soy milk, Reduced fat peanut butter and unsalted nuts.
Try to eat smaller and frequent meals every 3- 31/2 hours. So this is how you should eat: breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-di... This will help increase your metabolism and you will see the weight difference since you are eating more portioned food.
Avoid eating at least 2 hours prior to going to bed. This helps the digestion smoothen.
You will see results 2 ways:
1) Is the actual weight on the scale
2) Muscle fat which tons your body- this can determined by either measuring yourself or the clothes speak for itself.
Trust me it will work this way. I wish you all the best
try working out..crunches and stuff will help flatten ur stomach...and as far as diet...just try to cut out all of the junk food..and eat meals that are properly portioned..and eat fruits as ur snacks..nothing else.and drink water..a lot
not really
maybe 3-5 pounds but you have to be so strict on what you eat.
If you're already doing a workout regimen it's going to be more difficult, but if you're not then 13 lbs shouldn't be too tough.

You can lose about 10 lbs of just water when you start to exercise regularly (which you'll gain back if you stop). Most people see this initial weight loss and that's what spurs them to continue, and then it levels off after a bit.

If you still need to shave off a couple of lbs, cut carbs completely out of your diet. This is NOT a sustainable diet and it's not healthy over the long term. It puts your body into a state of Ketosis which is where your body burns fat instead of carbs for energy. It's not good on your body as it's very inefficient. It's very hard on your kidneys and liver, but it does work.
doing crunches will not burn fat (maybe a little), crunches are to tone your stomach muscles more but for them to show u should burn the fat first. u can do that by doing cardio like running, jogging etc. but the best thing to do is HIIT heres a link :http://www.musclemedia.com/training/hiit...
eat about five to six small meals (300 calories each) a day seperating them by about 3 hours each and drink LOTS of water!!
Eliminate all types of carbohydrates. What this does is it forces your body to empty all its glycogen stores in the muscles and liver. You’ll also lose some water weight this way since a gram of glycogen contains about 2.2 oz of water. So while eliminating glycogen, your losing water too.

Increase your protein consumption to prevent the loss of muscle mass from your body.

Your workouts should contain interval and weight training to preserve muscle mass and your metabolism.
