Question:

Answers:
Genetics dictate most of it. Just eat healthy foods, if you are talking about your height. If you are referring to muscle mass, I would consult a personal trainer at a gym, and have them show you weight exercises.
ummm nothing intill your in your 20's sorry kid
milk.
good diet. multivitamin and plenty of sleep. your body only grows while you are asleep
health food and exercise they stimulate the growth hormone
Well, basically, nothing.
But it wouldn't hurt to;
drink lots of milk
eat your veggies
exercise
and just.wait. Your body hasn't stopped growing, and you can't force it to grow.

I dont know if you mean height, weight, or mental growth here. First, you cant control your height. Just make sure you have a healthy diet with enough vitamins to support healthy bones. Weight is controlled by a healthy diet and exercise. Dont get caught up with the weight issue. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Concentrate on an exercise program that you can stick with. And as far as mental growth, school and extra curricular activities such as soduko or crossword puzzles are good to stimulate the growth in a brain. Good luck.
