How are your eating habits? Do you TRY to stay thin or are you just naturally thin? If you're trying to stay that thin then chances are, you probably ARE a little underweight. If you eat healthy and don't starve yourself or over work yourself then you probably just have a fast metabolism and you were meant to be naturally thin. I've known people like that so it could just be that. Is your family thin also? You have to look at all these factors to determine if you are at a healthy weight or not. Just make sure you're eating well and exercising --since this is the time when your body grows the most!

I'm fat, been fat all my life (around 200 5'6" except when I went down to 130 when i was 15)) and trust me, the last thing you want to do is get big. When you get older and if you get big or fat you're just gonna talk about how skinny you were when you were younger.

you should be 20 pound heaviers, but just try and gain 10 and just be normal and go from there.
