Am I dieting right?
Question:
breakfast: bran flakes cereal
lunch: 2 scrambled eggs w/ tomatoes, 2 slices of 100% wheat bread, water
snack: banana
dinner: broccoli w/ tiny pieces of chicken ( no skin, just meat) water
workout: run 7:00-7:30 (maybe more)
snack: fruit and water

looks good and seems like you are staying in your calorie allowance..just don't go below 1200...

you are doing good but you need a bigger calorie intake, if you take in to few calories your body feels that you are not eating and stores food, goes in survival mood. I would drink skim milk, eat some more veggies, you also need a little fat not a lot but a little. I would eat like a cookie or ranch with veggies or some cheese. You might want some more protein, try eating tuna or salmon. GOOD LUCK try to take in 2000 calories a person who weighs 150 needs a least 2000 calories.
not bad except the part where you put water, you should be drinking water all the time, dont be afraid to eat some carbs like some people say you should stay away from carbs give you energy so youll be able to work out harder, as long as you feel good your eating good
Try to vary your foods, if you don't you will get tired of the same things and go off of it to easly. Add a salad, the more colorful the better, greens reds yellow orange, you will get more of the needed nutrients that way. Substitute in some fish once or twice a week. Whole wheat pastas are very filling and try using ground turkey in your sauce.
This is the way I diet, along with weight traning and have lost 65lbs in last 16 months. Good luck
