10 - 15 lbs in a month?


Question:
If I eat healthy no more than 1200 calories a day, drink only water, speed/power walk for an hour a day, work on my abs and legs and lift weights could i lose 10 - 15lbs in one month? If i'm 5'2 and 119 lbs?

Sure anything is possible. Why do you have to get to a certain weight? Shouldnt size be the issue?
You don't need to lose weight. But if you do, one pound a week is healthy.
