What is the quickest way of getting fit without screwing with my groth??!?

im 13, 160 pounds, 5"6.5. i need to loose pounds. i hear stories on kids messing up their groth, i want to stay normal sized and healthy. help.

If you play with your groth a lot, you'll go blind.
something like weighted squats or weights in general might stunt your growth at this young age, something that burns calories would be best like running, its a pain but it works, but make sure to eat good, for energy stuff like rice protien you can get from meat eggs milk
u just need to lose 20 lbs for ue height so only have 1500kcal a day and jod 2 15min miles a day
