Im 14 and going to high school in less than a month. I want to join the wrestling team but dont think im in good enough shape right now. I weigh 205 and am pretty strong but really slow. What are some ways I can become stronger and faster (and maybe lose some weight too)? I am currently "flipping" a house with my dad so I dont have much time to go to the gym and I suck at dieting. What should I do?

Great sport I loved it in school.My main workouts were jogging,jumping rope,sit-ups,even shadow boxing.Your endurance is what matters most & you will get in shape also I was in the best shape of my life during that time.GOOD LUCK
you should run and swim alot when you have time. running will build endurence and swimming can help with muscle mass while getting you in shape. also you should go to the gym and lift alot.
