You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

do u want to be health to? water weight u can lose but that is 5lbs at best taking water pills, but the thing with that is u have to drink water to make them work. eat right, u will probably loose mucle and not fat, then afterwards u will look soft and chubby. in stead of lean. try streanth training to keep ur muclse. there is no real quick fix that will still make u look fit and healthy. ok. u can lose 2lbs a week with working out 30-45 min a day. 1 mile of walking is 100 caloies, more if u jog or run it. ok.
Cut out the pop and sugary foods completely. Drink lots of water, especially before a meal (it will help fill you up quicker so you eat less). The only snacks should be fresh fruit and/or vegetables. And eat small meals (only one serving each of the main course and side dishes - obviously you can look on the box/can for the serving size). Don't starve yourself cause it'll send your body into starvation mode and it will store back as much fat as it can the next time it gets the chance (in other words, the next time you eat, and you will then actually gain weight). By doing these things you might lose a couple pounds in 15 days, but if you're looking to lose more than that, you're going to have to burn more calories, and unfortunately doing that involves doing more moving.
These foods will help you keep weight off for the 15 days, but exercise will keep it off longer and shouldn't be disregarded (unless you have a legit reason for not exercising).
If you restrict calories and fat then yes you will lose weight. But regular exercise creates and maintains muscle. Not only do these muscles look great, these muscles will help keep off weight in the long term (by burning fat & calories). I know you don't want to exercise, but restrictive diets often lead to binging, guilt and re-gain. There is no quick fix to losing or keeping off weight. It is a lifelong thing for most people. If you are merely trying to fit in a dress for a certain day and the "diet" is temporary, then do the calorie and fat resistriction method with light activity during your day. Keep in mind you'll likely gain it after you go back to a regular routine. Restrictive diets are horrible... you will get cravings, mood swings, fatigue and other such things. Proper exercise with an 80 percent healthy diet will very likely work.
Find an activity to can get into. You don't need to bouncing around. Activities such as: Free weights, pilates, yoga and swimming are excellent exercises that do not involve jumping around. Find a DVD at a beginners level (for pilates, yoga or free weights) and try it.
Years ago I was also the type who "hated" exercise. But really I just didn't know what I liked and to be honest I was extremely lazy. I truly didn't know what I was missing. I now enjoy pilates, light free weight training, walking and occasional cardio workouts. I try to do something 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each time. I have been able to maintain my weight for years now. I do not have a restrictive diet either.
Good Luck. And don't put so much pressure on yourself to lose so quickly. Think about your long term health. Believe me, as someone who's been through all that before. Focus on a healthy balance in life. Everything else will follow.

It sounds to me you want to lose the weight for appearance issues. That's not a good reason. There is no healthy way to lose the weight with out changing your lifestyle such as your diet and your activity level. Sorry there are no miracle weight loss secrets out there.
Do yoga, exclude fibrous food, drink lots of water and liquids.
