Weight problem?


ok so i am 5'5 and 186 pounds and i am 14 years old. i know i am overweight and my appearance is not extremely portly but not skinny however i workout almost 5 times a week and play a sport which is football. the problem is i dont eat right i chomp through a lot of fruitless foods so i am wondering good ways to make over my diet and become healthier. i also want to lose going on for ten pounds
