Answers:
You will build up your wind and stamina

U HAVE TO DO IT A COUPLE OF TIMES TO GET RESULTS... U WILL GET LEG MUSCLE..AND U WOULD PROBLY GET FASTER.. AND U WILL LOOSE WEIGHT =]
yes if you do a significant amount of it
Yep.
You could work on endurance and loose weight
you'll get tired....:) - I would think you'd get eventually faster and stronger.
Definitely. Commit to it until you can't push yourself any farther and lift weights, too. Building muscle will increase your endurance.

Wait...how many steps?
yes both
What do you think? Geesh
That you will...
stronger. cause ur little legs' muscles will be worked out, rather than speed. oooooooh.
no you will get tired more easily but in time you will get faster
Your legs will get stronger and you'll build up endurance.
I think so, but you have to be careful going down because in the long run it can hurt your knees.
You will get faster as you get fitter, you will also build leg muscles , your arm not so much improvement, but if you add 20 press ups into your routine you will become stronger for sure.
