Im fed up with water?


Question:
im trying to lose weight so ive been drinking only water whenever i want a drink and im getting fed up of the taste its making me feel a bit sick is there anyway i can change the taste without adding calories. i dont want to go back to drinking fizzy and unhealthy drinks again

Make some tea. I like green tea, iced. When I ran a lot I added a little lemon juice and some artificial sweetener to a bottle of water, it was okay.
try gadorate or diet soda
You could try flavored water! Just be careful because some flavored waters have a lot of sodium in it. It would hurt to try a diet juice or sobe lean which only a few calories. Coffee is a no calorie beverage. I have a friend who majorly waters down gateraid because she likes the taste but not the calories. Hope it helps!
If you just want flavored water, you could use Crystal Light in your preference of flavors but only put half or less than the package calls for. Otherwise, you could try green tea, which is very healthy.
They make sugar free calorie free packets that you can add to water that make them taste like fruit drinks. They are not as healthy as drinking water .. but you don't get the added calories.
try Crystal Light On The Go packets. You can get them at Walmart in several flavors, pink lemonade is a favorite of mine.

0 carbs
0 sugar
I used to just squeeze a little lime juice into a bottle of crystal geyser spring water.essential zero cal and a little flavor, i guess u could try lemon or other citrus

I can't stand to soda pop any more either
gatorade i hate milk and i dont like always drinking water i drink gatorade
i bye lemonade some are only 5-15 cals with splenda so yummy
