Good time to work out?

Question:
is there like a time where the body would build the most muscle or something? if there is, would doing some gym work out during that time help to build more muscle?

Answers:
There's no time of day that builds more muscle. You just have to make sure you consume lean protein after muscle building exercises to get the optimal results. The best time to work out is the time you'll be able to do it consistently. Ideally, you should work out at the time of the day you have low energy (in the morning for some people, mid-afternoon for others). Since working out is an energy boost, this will help you through the slumps and give you more energy all day long.
