Bad to eat a big dinner?

Question:
i had a rather small breakfast and lunch. im not worried about calories, but will having 600 calories before bed make me gain weight? considering i wont be able to burn everything off. i didnt really have a active day at all either and im 13 years old.

Answers:
I thought you weren't worried about calories...

As long as you are alive you are burning calories. So you burn calories in your sleep as well. To maintain you should be eating around 10 calories per pound you weigh. Obviously that differs due to genetics and stuff. 600 calories isn't a lot for a dinner so who cares.
