Ok, there's a jumbo bar of choc in my kitchen, my kids are in bed, my husband's out.?

Question:
Give me one GOOD reason not to eat the lot with a nice chilled glass of white wine, and ER on the tv... (please!)

Answers:
I'd say it's gonna go right to your belly (or butt, or thighs, etc). Have the wine, enjoy the TV show, and if you still are craving some, have a LITTLE piece. Then tell yourself that you saved yourself miles on the treadmill.
You will feel terrible afterwords, because now you have to work all that off. Though it does sound good. Hope it helps!! :)
if this is a "treat" and not a thing you do often, then I'd say indulge! enjoy!
Because this could literally be the beginning of the end of your Will Power. It will get easier and easier for you to just give in to your cravings; if you do this.

Stay on track. The cravings will pass, and you'll feel great about the fact that the chocolate is still in the kitchen.

Best of luck to you!
That sounds like heaven! My idea of a treat however is either the wine OR the chocolate. That way, you'll feel like you indulged, but your figure won't suffer.
It may feel good when you eat it, but it will take HOURS to work off. But go ahead with the ER. And I don't know about the wine since I am 12.
DONT DO IT ITS A TRICK AHHHHH ITLL BITE U BACK RUN AWAY
danger, danger, step away from the chocolate, don't do it, you'll regret it! 5 lbs. to the hips.
because when your husband or kids come into the kitchen and ask you where their chocolate is you're gonna have to come up with a good excuse
