You can't lose 5lbs int hat amount of time unless you don't eat or drink anything which is completely unhealthy and damaging to your body. Even then - you'll only lose water weight.
watch what you eat.but don't stop eating just have some fruits and veggies!take a run every morning and do some crunches or look up some workouts,just make sure you don't over do it!

Not healthy. They recommend 2lbs of weight loss per week. Two days too damaging to your body.
There is no safe way to do that.
Lots and lots of cardio (running, elliptical, etc), nothing to drink but water, and nothing to eat but plain vegetables. You won't keep it off though.
The healthy way to loose five pounds takes three weeks. It's crazy to think you could loose 5 pounds and keep it off in that amount of time.
drink lots of water to flush out your system, eat grapefruit (with no salt/sugar) and hard boiled eggs all day long (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). I lost 10 pounds in 7 days. But dont be supprised if you gain the weight back.. loosing weight the fast will only make you gain back more
Man i wish i new the anwser to that but i no this diet that helps you loose 4 dress sizes in 2 week, and it realy worked you dont starve your self, its the best. just google "you on a diet" then fill out a simple form and it tells you what to do and how to do it. and its free. hope this helps and if you find a way to loose 5 lbs in 2 days PLEASE tell me. dehydration and diuretics! Don't listen to anyone who tells you that you can't lose that weight in that amount of time. Of course this way isn't the healthiest of ways, but it'll get the job done, I promise. Wrestlers and powerlifters do it all the time before weigh-ins so they can be in the lowest weight class possible.
