i work out alot n am constantly trying to make myself stronger and bigger, i would approaching to start going for runs but was thinking should i use weighted gloves, if i do which muscles will they abet, and will they build any strength/tone/mass at all or are they not really ay assistance, cheers
Answers: My opinion, they newly look dumb.
If you want to run, run. If you want to lift, hoist.
I have no experimental evidence to back up my evaluation, but I don't know any serious runners that use them. I do know a lot of serious athletes, including some pros
