These machines, belts, pills, shakes and fancy diet plans ect.. are great ways to separate the desperate and the lazy from their money. No wonder the DIET INDUSTRY is a 5 BILLION dollar a year money maker. You can't "spot lose" fat comes off where it comes off. Chances are even when losing weight, the problem area will be the last to go. 1200 calories and 30-40 minutes of sweat a day. Although one thing I did learn about my friends bowflex is that it holds alot of wet laundry. Good luck
