Egg whites. Skip the yoke since it has a lot of cholesterol. Or tune, or salmon, etc. Basically anything high in protein and low in fat.
Best muscle building proteins are lean proteins. Chicken, Turkey, Tuna and lean meat.
Now you can eat all the protein you wnat and still not gain any muscle. You need to work the muscle. Stress it, break it down. Lifting weight and excercise do this. Your muscles rebuild themselves during your recovery period. Not during the workout its self. Hope this helps.

The last comment here is very right. But there are many factors to building muscle. The hardest to learn and to convey is the idea of intensity. The best way to train with weights - which is what you will need to do to most affectively create more lean muscle tissue - muscles!! Is to train for not more than one hour as hard as you can. That doesn't neccessarily mean that you must try and lift the heaviest weights - although sometimes that is what you must do (confused - you will be). So after 45mins to an hour - get out. You shouldn't be training more than four times a week at your level. Even past Mr. Olympias have said that training more than five times a week is pointless. Your body needs rest, nutrition and training in that order and that order only.
Protein is extremely important clearly and as the gentleman suggested chicken, tuna, and turkey are great. But if a bodybuilder is hungry he eats a steak! You need calories. You need carbs. You need fat. You don't need carbs from oil drenched products - like macdonlads! and you don't wnat to have too much fat. But you will need both carbs and fats to mantain your physique. Without those energy providing sources your bodily will quite literaly canabilize the protein that you are eating, so it can have energy.
As equally imporatnt as those three areas are you NEED water. Lots of clean - unpolluted water. Without anything else. Your body is made of about 65% water and it is a falacy to think that even when bodybuilders are getting cut that they don't need water. So make sure you drink at least eight glases of quality water a day. Aside from this a mulit-vitamin is essential if you aren't bothered with fruits and vegetables!! Although you should eat those too.
Other things to consider are alcohol, nicotine, other drugs are all detremintal to what you are tyring to achieve.
Lastly - this isn't an easy thing to achieve and it takes time. So work hard - never be defeatist and be patient.
