Just keep playing soccer and eating healthy. You will stay skinny but a HEALTHY skinny. There is no need to look malnourished which would not be healthy either. Besides, in a few years, you will be old enoug to have a boyfriend and most normal guys do not want a girlfriend who looks like she is dying from malnutrition!
