Fasting only causes you to store more of what you eat when you eat it. I would recommend to not do it
Bodies are just chemical factories, they will conserve when the input has stopped and dump when they have too much. Fasting wil ltrigger the bodies conservation mode and you will not lose as much weight as you could if you eat.
Not healthy in any way, shape or form. All you're going to do is make yourself sick and cause your body to go into starvation mode and slow down your metabolism.
If you begin with fasting your body will store the food you eat as fat to use when it is needed. What I recommend is for you to examine the types of food that you eat and makes some changes to more healthier foods, while also starting a regular exercise program that will help you loose the weight.
