Will I become fat again?

Question:
I've been working out vigourously(weight training) and do cardio four times a week(30 mins each). I've been eating 500-600 more than what my maintenance level is. I eat foods high in protein. I lost 30 lbs total so far following a low calorie diet, and want to lose 10 more lbs, but will this new muscle building diet I'm doing hinder mhy goals? Will I go back to looking like I did before losing all the weight?

Answers:
Fat? No. But if you do continue on with that diet and do as much exercise to burn off what you put in, you -will- gain weight as muscle weighs just as much and maybe a little more than fat ;)
So you probably won't look fat or have much on you... just very thick and heavy. And be physically very fit.
all signs point to yes
no cuz muscle burns fat.. and if you are building muscles they wil help burn the fat for you. make sure youre making up in execise for the extra calories as well
No you won't get fat...you may however bulk up..muscle weighs more...you won't be flabby, but, may not lose the 10 pounds.
Chances are you're burning more calories now than you were before you lost your weight. As long as you continue to exercise you should be ok. If you gain a lot of muscle you could gain some weight but as long as it's not fat weight it should be ok.
You don't want to bulk up TOO much, unless you're getting into professional bodybuilding. There's no need to work out that hard, either. Even if you don't reach your weight goal, it's probably because muscle weighs more than fat, and you've got more muscle now. Just look in the mirror - do you like what you see? If so, then the number doesn't matter.
Why focus on weight so much. What if your weight stays the same but you lose 10 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle? You'd look much better, that's what, since muscle is denser than fat... so you'd look thinner even though you weigh the same.
FATTY YOU SHOULD NOT BE FAT IN THE FIRST PLACE
Since you're gaining muscle and replacing it with fat there is a small chance you may gain back your weight, but that's only if you stop your good eating habbits and exercise. If you decrease your amount of exercise you must decrease the amount of calories you intake. If you want to lose your 10 pounds more quickly, than you may beed to exercise somewhat more, and eat foods with a low calorie intake. You'll lose the weight faster, but it will also be much easier for you to gain back the ten pounds. So be careful.
Sounds good to me. Don't ever stop working out.
