Is it better to work my abs Everyday,or every other day?

Question:
Im doing it every other day,and when i dont i work my lower body like my legs ans Butt. is this good to keep me in shape?,or should i work everything out everyday?

Answers:
i do it every day, but some people say its better to do every day to let the muscles rest. at ballet we always learn to do it every day, even if you're sore, because you actually get the most out of it when the muscles are tired.
you are doing it like you're supposed to. working your abs everyday actually decreases tone and musle. you have to give them a break...everyother day is perfect.
Every day. Take it from a female Marine.
I think you should do everything every day unless your a bit too sore

try it and see how you feel
ive read in multiple books that everyday they shoud be worked, but i skip cuz everyday starts to hurt pretty quick!
You should rest your muscles after each workout, but abs are the exception even if they are a little sore.
Every other day is best, ab muscles develope on your 'off' days.
If your sore anywhere on your body, rest it one day...the muscle needs to recover if it's sore, if it isn't sore, do it again or work it harder the next day.
no...work it every other day..
