maybe once a week or once every two weeks, b/c then you know if your losing or not b/c if you do it every day or so then it seems liek nothing is happening. but if you do it like once a week or every two weeks it makes it better b/c if you are losing then it will seem like it hasnt been that long but when your worrying about it b/c thescale dont move in one or two days then you get discouraged.
Get rid of the scale at home. It makes u stress.
it sure does make me depressed when i don't lose weight. but it really does encourage me when i lost half a pound! haha so depends if it's a good day or bad. if you feel like you lost a lot, then heck go on. if not, don't bother. you'll only get discouraged.
