Hi! I recommend doing a workout that targets your abs AND include cardio, such as walking. There's an amazing exercise video called Ab Jam that's part of the Turbo Jam series. You'll love it! It really gets you pumped up and motivated. My abs are much stronger and tighter in just a month's time. I also use Turbo Sculpt which is the strength training portion from Turbo Jam. F-U-N! Give it a try...
you should do:
daily - cardiovascular exercise
every other day - 5 sets of 25 crunches, 3 sets of 15 cross crunches, & 3 sets of 15 lifts.(not daily)
if you just work out ur abs & dont do any cardiovascular exercise you will build abs, but they will be covered by fat... and this will make ur stomach appear larger!
