only way to lose fat is eating right. exercise just speeds up the process and tones your muscle.
There is not much but some of them is, squads: fold your arms in front of you hold back straight look up about 45 degrees bent knees until upper legs is 90 degrees and up again. The idea is to do as many as possible but not too much. You can also split it up in sets of 50 each for starters. Then push ups and sit ups. Importance of push ups is to do as many as possible in one set. You can do tow skipping, bye loose weights. You say that you are happy with your muscle so now you have to do more reps in a set to burn off that fat so that your muscle tone can be more leaner. If you bu ye loose weights you can put a program together but remember more reps and not to heavy weights. Good luck.
