Exercise survey?


Question:
it would be great help if you could answer as many as apply :)

-do you go to a gym? or exercise (if so , what do you do?)
-how many times a week do you exercise?
-what do you do when you exercise? (how long and whatever else you would like to add :) )
-what is your current body type? and are you trying to stay the same or change?
-anything else that seems like it might apply to these questions! :)

I do exercise I run for three miles
five times a week
I run then I do light weight lifting and yoga for 20 min
I am 5'2 and I weight 112 pounds I am trying to maintain my body. I will never be perfect I want to be healthy
i go to the gym, but not the kind of gym u are talking about. i train for gymnastics 4 times a week, and for 4 hours each practice. my goals are simply to improve my skills, not anything about my body weight.
i exercise daily, run 3 miles and do "8 minute abs".
i also run a couple of sprints and stretch.
i usually play soccer as well.

i would say that i am slender with a flat stomach :)
No Offense. but what is the point of this question? If you are trying to get on the best answer list, what is the point?

-i run around my neighbor hood about 2 times a week

-run or sometimes bike ride. I do squats to strengthen my legs

im 5 foot and weigh 95 pounds. im skinny but not too skinny. im only trying to change how much muscle i have...I want more..
