its not entirely bad but i don't see neough fruits and veggies or any water. drink your 8 glasses daily, limit the sugars, and eat veggies with high nutrients. spinach, broccoli, colorful veggies, lean meats, nuts, seeds, drink v8 if you can't eat all of you daily veggie needs. Eat fruit. you body naturally craves sugar which can be helped with fruits. a good tip is to eat all your health food first and have a treat at the end of the day-a modest treat. Most of the time you cravings have dies with fructose and your too full to be hungry for junk.
