Exercises gurus - I need you advice?!?!?


Question:
I recently started going back to the gym - I would like to loose 25 pounds . 5" and a little over 30 y/o - I would like some weight training workouts to use. I am cutting back on soda and junk food and drinking more water and doing cardio 20-30mins. I can only go to the gym 3 days a week for 1 hour each. Do any of you have workouts you enjoy? My plan is to do arms/abs - legs/butt - arm/abs - - - then next 3 legs/butt - arms/abs - legs/butt - I need excercises for all groups. I can do free weights or machines - I have done all before so I am not a complete beginner. THANKS in advance for your time and effort!!

why only work half your body? you would lose more weight with a full body workout. your body works as whole. every muscle has its opposite. you want a symmetric body. make sure you do your strength training then cardio right after. this is better for burning fat.

day 1. chest,triceps,shoulders
day 2. back biceps
day 3. lower body
My plan: chest/shoulders/abs - - - arms/abs - - - legs/abs
In the time you spent writing this you could have been running and doing cardio.
