Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

decrease your intake of carbs (like bread, pasta, etc.)
and make your own food rather than eating takeout, cuz then you can control how much oil, sugar, etc you put in it
There are no "tricks" in loosing weight... You just have to excrise alot and watch what you eat..If they were truly fast tricks, we would all be thin.
unfortunately, nothing about losing weight is really easy. My dad, however, swears that if you go on a no-fat diet that it works... he also swears that if you eat the same thing every day you will lose weight. I would like to add that neither is very healthy, but those are things he says work.
Depending on what you eat like now, take steps to eat differently. Cut out soda and juice and drink water, eat veggies instead of meat, etc.
I know you would prefer to rule out exercise, but i think its the best way to get the results you want! you can even make it fun... swimming or hiking. good luck to you.
Yes, the trick is to remove all soft drinks, sweetened juice, and minimize carbohydrates like rice and bread in your diet.
I was 170 lbs. before, now I am down to 130. Waistline, 28.
I just satisfied my hunger pangs with water, lots of it. But I ate food every mealtime.
Only, 50% of what I used to eat...translated to Filipino terminology, I ate only a cup of rice every meal instead of two cups.
No limit on vegetables, fish, and chicken.
Also I avoided hot sauce and seasonings...they increase appetite.
It took me one year to achieve my target. No shortcut, Just plain old self-discipline.
eat an apple before every meal, it will help you eat less of the high-caloric foods =) drink lots of water and green tea (with no sugar)
Ok well first of all you need to eat. By that I mean breakfast. The reason is that when one doesn't eat breakfast then one's organism retains all other food that one eats and so adding some pounds and love handles. Next I do recommend that you atleast get off your butt and go for a nice long walk. My friend managed to lose wieght with going WALKING for ONE hour each day. So next go to an organic market or to Wal-Mart to stock up on organic food. You could replace regular fatty milk with Soy Milk. Next check/inspect what you already eat. Eat less pork and more chicken and fish. And a salad a day keeps the fat away. By salad I mean one that you prepare not one at McDonalds. Also instead of smoothies get a fruit/vegetable juicer and make some healthy juices. Atleast one each day. And the last thing I recommend is that you go to the mirror and say "I love me just the way I am" plenty of times. It will make losing weight much easier.
