There is no specific exercise for love handles. The way to get rid of love handles is to do cardio for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week and lower your calorie intake. Good luck!
you might want to do some crunches or sit-ups. i also heard some where that doing push-ups can also tone your abs.
Do at least 20min of cardio daily. Lower the calories you consume daily. Eat more often. 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones. More protein less carbs.
As for excercises. Broom stick twists. At least 5 minurtes. Then 8 sets, 12-15 reps each of crunches, leg lift or reverse crunches and side bends. In 8-12 weeks you should notice a major difference.
