Are you a morning-person? or an afternoon-person? or rather a night-person?

How about you? Or do you have any advice since my routine seems so unhealthy? Is it unheathy to you? THANKS A LOT.

definitley an afternoon/night person. i can't pull all nighters like some people i know, and if i go to sleep after 11 i'll feel really tired (if i have to wake up on regular schedule), but otherwise i'm find.
and i think you're fine, too, as long as you get 8 hrs of sleep.
i am a night person, get to relax way more :)
night-person... the days are so long and boring for me. i can't wait till school starts! i have to stay home ALLLL say with my sister.
well I'm definitely NOT a morning person - I am most productive (work-wise) in the afternoon - but I'm a night owl (can't you tell)

I'd say I'm a morning person. If I slept all day and woke up during the night time, when would I have breakfast?
During the summer I'm a LATE kinda person. I feel most alive at night, and could do a lot more work than i could during the day.
During the school year, i'm an afternoon person. I almost failed the 4 classes that I had first thing in the morning but got all A's after 5th period
Once you get a job this will change. I use to be a night person until I started working early in the mornings and now the effects of staying up late and then trying to go to work the next day. It is very difficult.
im a night person. really i like being up at the wee hours of the morning like 1am through 4am. but then i sleep until 1pm and feel guilty.
Sure am not a morning person cause I stay up at night cause I find that I'm able to get things done that need to be done with no one stopping me for whatever it may be so I am definetly a night person.
Hi there. I think I am mostly a night person. In the morning I am too tired and have the whole "I still have an entire day to go through" idea. In the afternoon I am stressed out from the morning and upcoming afternoon events. By the night I get to relax and do what I want usually. BTW, if you have to wake up with an alarm clock that means you aren't getting enough sleep. Also, an apple will wake you up more that coffee will. Green tea also helps and is healthy!!
Morning person by far. I love waking up early to the fresh morning air and the coolness; especially in the summer since it gets hot early in the afternoon. I sleep early and wake up early. But when school comes I try not to do an all-nighter. For me personally, I cannot survive that. I either fall asleep in class, which I hate to do since people will be looking at me. So my basic rule is to try and sleep by midnight and wake up early during the school year. I take showers in the morning unlike other people who showers at night. So if I feel sleepy, it goes away after my refreshing morning shower.
I kept doing that so I got into a habit. 20 days make a habit!
wow i cant believe you get up that early! i am a NIGHT PERSON i usually stay up till 3-4 AM which is kinda crazy but i just cant fall alsleep. and then i sleep in until 1-3PM which i am finding out gradually isnt doing too good for my body and health wise. :)
