How can i slow down my metabolism?

i'm fuckin sick and tired of people coming to me like.''Girl!! Do you eat!!?? Most of the time in school-always!!! My sis goes through the same bullshit. I eat alot. Some of my family members sometimes joke around with me and call me fat because they know i eat alot, but most of the time people don't want to believe that. Is their any way for us to slow down our metabolism? I think there are a few pills out there for that. I just don't want to be skinny anymore or what ppl usually call it ''bony''! I just don't like it when ppl think i'm anorexic!!

Just stay healthy and accept your metabolism, most americans are over weight and becoming very ill because of it. Your motabolism will be your friend as an adult, since most adults are trying to loose weight these days.

You may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit (You know being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). You may want to consider eating more natural fruits in vegetables in your daily diet and remove or reduce wheat, dairy, and sugar. Eat fresh food not processed food (food in boxes, restaurants, etc.) is always better. Drink water, green or ginger tea 30 minutes before or after each meal. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you. Slim persons usually have great muscle tone, tone your muscles and most will wish they were you.

Get exercise, jog, work out with weights play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. This will help you to day tomorrow and for the rest of your life.
eat larger meals more infrequently. you can gain weight by eating calorie dense foods, but healthy ones! like nuts, peanut butter, avocadoes, etc. try working out (lifitng weights) to build a little muscle, it will make you look less "boney" as well.

look on the bright side, at least you're not fat! fat people get picked on a lot more, out of pure spite. you probably get picked on out of jealousy. don't let it get to you. you're healthy, & they don't know squat!!
