What is a fun , healthy game ?


Question:
What is a fun , healthy game that I can do on weekends or during summer break;etc to stay in shape but have fun ?[no video games or anything like that please]

Answers:
Golf, Tennis, Softball, Bowling, Paintball, Track & Feild. Anythig that gets you moving and you enjoy. If you eat good, and use more calories then you take in you will lose weight.

I dropped 30 pounds playing water vollyball at the pool. We were just having so much fun, that someone would knock on my door, looking to get a group up for a game, and the next thing I knew, I went from a size 16 to a 5/6. The water makes is tougher with more resistance, but it is also cooler. Loved it!
If you're alone, get a soccer ball and try to balance it on a foot and then kick it up and keep kicking it by switching feet. I did that for one summer and i got more muscle in my calfs. I could also run way faster. I still do it but not as much and it keeps my legs toned. If you're with friends or younger cousins, play tag, you forget that you are tryin' to stay in shape with all the fun that you are having and you stay slim. You should see me now, I used to play every single day with my friends and now i am slim but toned. It also helps you run faster and helps you breath better when you are tired. And I know dancing isnt a game but it is fun and makes you sweat a whole lot.
