How many crunches/pushups to do each day for a six-pack?
Question:
Answers:
You're going to have to get off any body fat before working on a six-pack; otherwise the bigger muscles will just push the fat out. Working out a specific area will not remove the fat from that spot, so I'd do something like an elliptical; not only will it help you lose that stomach fat, it'll tone your abs too.
500
bud light is about $8. lol
QUALITY is better than QUANTITY!
hmm... try 50... but what would pushups do for a 6 pack....?
to many
push ups are a arms and chest excersize
but 500 every day usually works
unless you have alot of stomach fat
in which case you have to loose it for muscles to show
good luck
do 100-200 pushups and do 5 sets of different ab exercises (sit-ups, v-ups, etc).
It's not necessarily the number of crunches you would do per day but it's also the amount of body fat. Cardio and strength training would be necessary. I would consult with a qualified personal trainer at a local gym. Just get a consultation and tell them your fitness goals.
If you have more than a tiny amount of belly fat, you could do 500 a day and it will barely make a ripple.
