What is a proper weight for me?

I'm 5'2 and 175. I have musculer legs and arms, but I hold weight in my tummy, boobs, and butt. How can I firm those areas? What is a healthy weight?

Answers:
I am 5"3" and around 150-155. To tone your belly do crunchs. For your butt do leg lifts and walk each day. Your boobs, well I can't tell you anything. Just eat well , walk and do daily excersice. You should be around 120-135 but just eat well and walk will be good enough for you.

Your weight range is between 102 and 135 pounds. It's a wide range but that's the right weight for your height. If you lose weight then you'll naturally slim down in your stomach, , and butt-don't worry about it because it will happen without extra work.
you have to lose the weight before the muscles can get firm - fat covers muscle. sorry to say, but at 5'2, you're probably at least 35 lbs too heavy. lifting weights builds muscle which burns calories, even when you're not exercising - each additional pound of muscle you add will burn an extra 35 calories per day. 3500 cals is a pound -convert 10 lbs of fat to muscle and you lose a pound every 10 days doing nothing else 35 x 10 x 10 = 3500 = 1 pound lost
I am 5'2'' and am at a healthy weight according to my doctor. Because you have muscular arms and legs (as do I) you can actually weigh more. I would say anywhere from 130-140 would be a healthy goal. But, your doctor/nutritionist would be able to tell you best. Good luck, and remember healthy weight loss takes time so be patient.
