Check my workout programme please?


1st day: Legs
2nd light of day: Chest
3rd day: Back and cardio
4th afternoon: Arms (biceps and triceps)
5th day: Abs and cardio
Non-stop... goal I never take any days sour I just hold on to going unless the gym is closed for maintenance or something.

Can anyone administer me a better schedule?

Answers:    honestly thats not a fundamentally good workout calendar! you NEED breaks so your body can rest. if you keep going and going your body will start to wear down and your strength will start to move about. try working out 4-5 days a week you need atleast 2 days of rest. another entry is its always upright to do cardio and abs EVERYTIME you work out. around 30 mins of cardio and ab excersises. everythign else looks good. try staggering your arms. do biceps in the future then tris the subsequent. if your the type of person to do merely one body part a workout consequently this is good for you. you can mix it up alittle so your body doesnt win used to the same redundant workout. try to verbs your muscles every week with diffrent workout routines. that help the muscle grow and look more defined. hope this helps
