HELP. I must lose my belly BUT I have a bad back.?

It is hard for me to do sit-ups or anything like that. I need to lose my belly fast. Is there a food that will help? A pill or a type of exercise? HELP.

Big bellies are signs of fat. Quit eating so much. It is probably making your back bad.
Look it up, I know you did not want to hear this, but there it is.
if you have a bad back then you need to do back strengthening exercises so it will be stronger. if you have a strong stomach and weak back then theres an inbalance there and that isnt good.
so, (this is the only one i know, lol) lay flat on your stomach with your arms and legs spread eagle. breathe in, and when you breath out, raise your head, your arms and your legs off of the ground, and hold for about 30 seconds. do it a few times a day in between your other exercises, and try to raise your arms, legs, head, higher every time you do it.
do cardio like bicycling, jogging is better than running because running uses mainly carbs and when ur body starts using its fat reserves, u are already tired.

do uphill climbs, stepper, rowing machine in the gym.

stop eating fried food. avoid high fructose corn syrup and sugar loaded items. a small cookie may contain well over 120 calories. there goes ur half an hour of walking.

some people here will suggest exercise belts. they work by electrically stimulating ur muscles causing them to twicth and work and u lose weight. i am skeptical but go ahead and try them if u really want. they are not really recommended by health professionals.

if ur back is bad, u obviously can't do crunches for the upper abs.
lie on the ground. legs staright. lift them up slowly and bring em down slowly. after a few reps, ull feel a burning sensation.
now do the same thing with ur legs pointed slightly to the right for ur right lower ab muscles. repeat the same for ur left lower ab muscles.

eating chilli and peppers has scientifically been proven to increase ur metabolism. just don't eat too much of em.

instead of eating 3 meals, eat 5-6 smaller meals a day and never skip breakfast.

just exercise and stick to it.

never eat 1 hour before bedtime and if u want a midnight snack, stay of the bread, pizza, ice cream.

the answerer below is right. it could be ur big belly causing a bad back. same thing for women who have increased their bust sizes and then take out their implants because the weight in front caused stress on the back.

exercise a lot like jogging or riding your bike. Also dont eat sweets like candy and cake, eat lots of fruit and veggies
A really good way to exercise if you have back problems is in water. It supports you and gives you resistance at the same time so you burn more calories. You can take exercise classes that will give you an idea of what exercises to do.
I know that walking in chest high water is great exercise - and you won't sweat either. You can get weights that will keep you weighed down/
